Growing up on a farm created an appreciation of high quality, local produce for Executive Chef Adrian Walker, who is known for his passionate support of local suppliers.
Drawing upon these relationships he’s creating a special four-course cheese-inspired menu using award-winning cheese including Over The Moon.
The four course menu will be matched to wines from Martinborough Vineyard and/or craft beers from Emerson’s.
