Enjoy a Taupo exclusive: A bespoke six course menu paired with Emerson’s craft beers on 28 July at the first of Bistro Lago’s Beer-maker’s Dinners. Join Emerson’s founder Richard Emerson and New Zealand Lion ambassador Kurt Gross as they share their extensive knowledge of brewing, and guide you through a selection of craft beers chosen for this night. With the phenomenal culinary expertise of Nourish Group Executive Chef Gareth Stewart and Hilton Lake Taupo Executive Chef Adrian Walker, along with the great history and selection of Emerson’s, this night is not to be missed.
